As a self-taught chef with over 15 years of professional culinary expertise, I offer a refined and luxurious private chef experience rooted in my Northern California heritage and enhanced by my recent Texas culinary journey. Born and raised in Sonoma County, the heart of wine country, I’ve been cooking my whole life, developing a passion for fresh, local ingredients and innovative cuisine from an early age. My career has taken me through prestigious kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants in Napa Valley, where I worked under renowned chef Brandon Sharp. For the past four years, I’ve been elevating my craft in Texas, working for the best restaurants in San Antonio, further broadening my culinary repertoire. I’ve had the privilege of working for Francis Ford Coppola and serving numerous celebrities and high-end clients throughout my career. From intimate gatherings to grand events, I bring a wealth of experience from high-end resorts, upscale restaurants, and exclusive catering services, as well as smaller, critically acclaimed establishments. My culinary philosophy, honed through years of hands-on experience and self-study, combines classical techniques with contemporary flair, always emphasizing seasonal, artisanal ingredients.
